The individual quiz is 100% free. Take it, get your flavor, share it with whoever needs to understand you better.

How long does it take?
Most people will finish in about 8 minutes. It's 15 scenario-based questions and 3 quick-hit questions, and there are no right or wrong answers. This isn't a "you don't have a favorite kid" situation. There really isn't a best flavor.
What do I get at the end?
Your primary recognition flavor, your secondary flavor, and a breakdown of what both actually mean for you. It's how you want to be recognized, even if you didn't know it. Accepting this matters more than most people expect. Go take it and then you can tell us how right we are.
Can I retake the quiz?
Yes. But don't go flavor shopping. Give it some time. Your flavor can shift based on where you are in your career, what team you're on, or what's happening in your life. That's how recognition actually works.
Is my data private?
We don't sell data. Team leaders can only see your flavor, never your individual answers. We will use the results to help us make the website and the test better, but that is it. Full details in our privacy policy.

What are the six flavors?
Sweet, Spicy, Salty, Zesty, Glazed, and Plain. Each one is a different way people actually want to be recognized. There's no "best" flavor, no seriously, there isn't. After you take the quiz we unlock the full flavor definitions so you can see all six. Yes, we're holding them hostage until you take the quiz.
What's the difference between primary and secondary?
Your primary flavor is the recognition preference that hits hardest for you, the one that actually lands when someone gets it right. Your secondary is a strong supporting preference. Because just like you can't eat just one Lay's, we figured two flavors is better than one. Together they tell a more complete story than either one alone.
Can my flavor change over time?
Yep. We recommend retaking the quiz when your work life changes significantly, because who you are at work isn't static and your flavor might shift. It might not. Checking is the only way to know for sure.
How do I print or share my results?
After the quiz, you'll see your full flavor profile right on the site. You can print it or save it from there. Share it with your manager. Or don't. It's your flavor.

How do access codes work?
A team leader decides this is the tool and they can't wait to find out everyone's flavor. They sign up, send out codes, and learn your flavors. That's it. They see your flavor and nothing else.
As a leader, you sign up, pay a few bucks, and get a link to send out. If your team doesn't see the invite email, have them check their Promotions or Spam folder. Each plan gives you a different number of uses. This option unlocks a dashboard, a playbook, and other great tools.

What does the team leader dashboard include?
Your team's flavor distribution, recognition playbooks for each flavor, and guidance on how to tailor recognition for every person on your team based on their results, not yours. That last part is the whole point. Most leaders default to recognizing people the way they'd want to be recognized, and that's exactly where the disconnect starts.
How many people can I add to my team?
Team packages start at 5 and scale up from there. For teams of 50 or more, reach out and we'll put together enterprise pricing that makes sense for your organization.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of purchase, yes, as long as your team hasn't redeemed any access codes. Once codes are used we can't reverse it, but we'll work with you to make it right. Full details on our refund policy page.

The Playbook is where flavors become useful. It breaks down how each flavor actually works in real situations: what to say, what to do, what to avoid, with examples you can use immediately. It's not theory. It's the difference between knowing someone is Spicy and knowing what to actually do about it.
